Technical Support Specialist

You will be providing support for our cloud and desktop software products to customers who are financial lenders, accountants and bookkeepers.
Our flagship product converts PDF financial statements to transaction data for loan application evaluation and import into accounting systems.

In this role, you will:

• Respond to customers with knowledge, professionalism, and a high level of customer care.
• Answer pre-sales questions from customers regarding products features and selection.
• Respond to post-sales issues from customers.
• Assist prospects and customers doing development using our cloud APIs.
• Develop additional customer training content such as tutorials and videos.
• Communicate directly with marketing and development about customer input and needs.

Our Ideal Candidate

Must Haves:

• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with accounting software, especially QuickBooks.
• Ability to debug Windows and Mac installation problems.
• Familiarity with financial lending.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with using an online ticket system.
• Experience using WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of technologies such as MySQL, PHP, JavaScript
• Experience working with remote teams.
